...came to mind the morning AFTER I testify. Lovely. Figure I'd share them anyways for emails and such.

    1. An AR-15 is closer in functionality to a double action revolver than it is to an M-16. One trigger pull, one round fired.

    2. Gun bans may not "come for our guns" because they have grandfathering. But what about our kids? And their kids? They won't have the opportunity to buy the same guns I've had the liberty to use, and may not even be able to inherit mine. Oppose this bill, it's for the children....

If you have other good talking points that aren't commonly used, didn't make it into the testimony, etc., share them here so we can all make them heard.

I hope someone was able to provide video demonstrations of the operation of some of those "scary black guns". Just because it looks like a full auto don't mean it is.

Like that b/s the other day from Dianne Frankenfeinstein when she played the recording of the machine gun and "Oh my God!! This is legal today!!" Probably held up a picture of a semi at the same time.

There was PLENTY of testimony given that described the differences between a fully automatic firearm and a semi-automatic firearm. I don't think it could have been any clearer given the limitations of testimony in the chambers (i.e. no live fire demonstration).
