Freestate stated in the IP section that they requested more info from MSP on how to deal with NICS check. They will not release without having a NICS number.

J&K Pawn told me yesterday they will NOT release early. The gentleman behind the counter told me that is "illegal."

I wish people were less cryptic with their posts. That person was from 3/23 which just happens to be the date they are currently on. :rolleyes:

It could just be coincidence he was released. I don't understand the significance of him saying they are releasing after 2 weeks.

2A Sales in Jessup will be releasing at 10 days. They're going to release to the longest waiting first but Mark told me that if someone was making a purchase today they could expect a 3 week wait.

Continental arms- owners will not release until a "ND" has come back from the MSP. 10+ week wait with them if not longer.

Talked to Duffy's in sparks today. They said they are releasing on time. Doing NICS checks for backlogged guns and will start the new paperwork/cover sheet for new purchases. Didn't have time to ask about criteria of release (DC, LEO, etc.)

I picked mine up today. They had to fill out another form, but they did release it to me.
