Back in Early Covid, I was sent away from
offloading large roots from my own home.
They said I needed to be a contractor with Papers, ie, a contract.
    They said Covid. wtf.

Today, they said I could not off load
a bunch of drywall I estimated was over 500 pounds, so I went to the scale.
(you can offload it if it is less than 500 pounds free)
As a good, honest citizen. I tried.

I got some runaround I did not have a signed contract in hand -
where are your papers?? Look on the Website.

I get home, I am looking on the website, I cannot find the
    ORDERS requiring my papers.

Doesn't matter, they lost $$ not allowing me to dump.

What in the name of God is going on there? COVID?? REALLY?????

Has any real person gone and seen what happens there??????

Sounds like a bunch of government leeches. "Don't make me have to work for my paycheck."
Why the hell would anybody worry about wuflu in a freaking landfill?

So I may have done it anyway. I may have moved left as to FAKE make a U turn then may have just turned right into the lane to the big house.
I may even have offloaded my stuff, free, even though I was willing to pay. Stick'in it to the Man, $20 at a time!

    We'll see about a no-knock raid tonight!!

So, for those not aware of the operational rules of the Montgomery County Transfer Station, let me explain. It's just the "dump". They have a side, and rules, for ordinary people. They have another side for commercial people. Not surprisingly, folks want to try and create the appearance of being just a Harry Homeowner and avoid having to pay any fees. Not surprisingly, the County wants to collect all the fees it can from the commercial folks while keeping the home owners happy.

I get aggravated because it seems as if the rules and procedures are always changing.

Brother Marko, I am glad you got your satisfaction.

The guy at the dump is finally in charge of something, and by God, you're gonna respect his knowledge and his authori-tay.

I MAY HAVE or not. I actually may have or not driven through the cones out of that big house to go the 'recycle' area.
I then may have fake dumped some oil, OR NOT, and might have or not looped around and scooted out the 355 exit, south,
never going past the scales on the way out. OR NOT.

I mean, who would do that? Some psycho.

I’m a contractor and almost never pay fees because anything under 500 lbs is free. Really annoying to have to show papers to dump debris. I have a Howard County commercial landfill permit on my windshield so they already know I’m a contractor.
The whole setup there is stupid.

The Sunday setup was a joke. One person, all day, in a car, preventing people from accessing via Shady Grove.
PAY ATTENTION. I want a contract like that. Pay an employee $15 and get $25 an hour free money.

Then you have to leave to Shady Grove. IT IS IDIOTIC.

How does that work? You really think they lose money, not taking a ton of garbage at $60 ?
