I - so, guns are the problem, huh. From the little I heard on the Philly disaster, the guy was in and out of prison for 20 years. Pretty sure criminals, and revolving door 'justice' system,' is the problem. Put, and keep, these criminals out of circulation and crime will decline.

II - so, no one needs an 'assault weapon' or >10 round mags. Yet, how many cops with full loadouts were needed to stop this crime machine? Sure, cops are in the biz of chasing down criminals, but sometimes the criminals come to us.

Preaching to the choir I know, but it seems pretty simple to me. Let's 'infringe' on the criminals that do us harm, and not on the vast majority of law-abiding citizens. Plus, we sort of have this little constitutional amendment protecting our rights...

Simple solution, ban criminals. Problem solved, they'll follow the law now, right?
