2A Sales has great prices on new. Lou at Shooters Discount gets trades in's that are pretty reasonable. I got a 21 from him for a good price in pretty good shape and it seems to be a shooter.

My Gen2 21, purchased from Shooter's Discount, a LEO/govt trade in, I believe.
It was in great shape, very clean. The grips were a bit smooth for me, so I stippled them. Put in a Ghost 3.5# connector and a heavy trigger spring, she's breaking crisp, right around 3lbs and some change now.
