Just saw a old post that I overlooked about this model that I posted. -

Is this legal to sell to another Maryland residence ?

Romarm Cugir SAR 3 .223

SPECS:
Romanian SAR-3 AK-47 (.223)
ROMARM SA/CUGIR in Romania and imported by C.A.I., ST. ALB, VT.

if so - could someone point me the correct link for it ?

EDIT: looks like it's banned, Please correct me on this.

Ak74 is good to go. Ak47 isn't.

Is it anything like the Century Arms WASR-3? If so, not banned, look under the Century Arms section.

It's basically the same thing as the WASR-3, just different import restrictions that had to be met.

It's not technically an AK-74 either, since it uses an AKM length gas system and bolt carrier.

Should I bring this to some gun dealer to verity that it's legal to sell within the state ?

Reason is that I want to make sure.
