To enter post the longest run you have ever done. No limit on entries.

I am beginning a 20 mile run in two minutes. As soon as I finish I will post a picture of the treadmill to prove it. Last post before I post the picture will win the karma. I average 10 minute miles on training runs but you never know I may go fast or slower.

Winner can meet me around Catonsville or Hunt Valley. I'm not mailing because it is ammo.

I will also be at AGC for the MSI meeting tomorrow.

I don't know the distance of my neighborhood sidewalk wogs(part walk / part jog) but they range from 20 - 45 minutes...just enough to get sweaty and phunky.

6.2miles(10K) I ran 3mi on the treadmill this morning and was bored to tears. I'd open my veins if I had to do 20.

I've hiked 20 miles in a day on multiple occasions. Cartilage damage in my left knee means my running days are pretty much done.
