    So I just came home yesterday with my new 12ga Mossy 590A1.

    Now I'm in the market for a .410 pump (probably mossy).

    any of you out there have a .410 pump with shorter barrel (20-22inch) that you'd comment on? Also, if you live near frederick, maybe you'd sell yours to me!:D
    This one would be used mainly for coons and other varmints that come close at home.

    Rabies is running rampant. I'll post that story on another thread in Cap region.

    Other than survival type guns, I don't know of any .410s with that short of a bbl. For your intended use, I would opt for a longer bbl with at least a Mod choke and probably a single shot. If you need a repeater, buy the Mossburg with the shortest bbl they offer.

    Mossberg markets this as the "HS 410." I have seen them in person, but not lately. Then again, I haven't been looking.

    If you gotta have a pump and gotta have that short bbl, the Mossburg kiddie model has a 18.5" Bbl, but you would have to put an adult size stock on it.

    I won a Mossberg 500 in .410 bore, 2 or 3 years ago, in a raffle.
    It's never been taken out of the box. (Not a Mossberg fan!)

    What's it worth, to you!?!?!?!!?!?

    This is a good gun I have the same but with synthetic stock. Unless you buy a new youth model or the HD model. You will not get one shorter than 24" which is the standard length barrel with a full choke.

    I have a Saiga 410 for sale in the classifieds. A very fun 410. 410 is not that bad just sometimes a pain to find. Forget the pump and go semi Lol.
