    My son has a Winchester walnut stock M70 that needs sling swivel studs installed.
    Since he lives in Baltimore, is there anyone local to him that can do a good job?
    What is the going rate for the labor?
    He has the swivel studs in hand.

    I don't know were you are located but Duffy's can do it for you. he fix mine for me with a feeding issue and have not had a problem after repair. Nice guys as well.
