    much like the other dnrec/doa rules, this one appears to be made up from thin air.

    here is a bit from the draft bill, assuming it probably didn't change much later. no mention of the type of action, just that it's legal.

    sounds like someone at dnrec is on another a2a trip. the a2a claim that semi auto firearms can't be used for hunting, so no needs them, is only true because the states restricts the usage to artificially make the statement true. people would use them, they're just being told it's not allowed.

    Not familiar with Delaware laws, I assume you are allowed to use semi auto shotguns for deer hunting. Is that the case?

    Semi auto shotguns are legal for hunting. I usually borrow one when I am there. Sometimes a pump.

    Some limit on capacity.
