I love when I read comments in these threads advising to, escort him out back and have him dig a hole... or put out some bear traps or get a suppressor or claymores or any other thing that alludes to killing or maiming the dude and is sure to get the OP sent to prison. I guess(hope) it is joking but people sure do talk some some tough stuff from their keyboards. LOL

How was this hidden from you at the time of consideration and eventual purchase of the property?

I agree most of that stuff is joking or over the top.

But for this situation, I could have a hole dug in an hour or two. And the next time crazy comes into my property ask him to come look at something with me, tell him I don't know what this 'thing' in the woods is and maybe he knows. When he sees said hole, tell him flat out the next time he steps foot on my land I'll disappear him and bury him in that hole, nobody will miss him, and he will never be found. I'd be carrying as well of course.

Let's face it. If all of a sudden he disappeared, not a single question would be raised.

And most likely he understands what's happening and you never have a problem again, and you have a big hole somewhere on your property that's out of the way. I'm a level headed guy, but I have zero patience for this kind of stuff. I'm also not a keyboard warrior, I genuinely see this as the solution. Maybe the next time instead of peeking in the windows he's inside the house. Maybe he's inside the house when your wife is. Maybe he does more than just peek. Nope nope nope!

I'm pretty sure that's illegal on several levels. Also don't let him know you'll kill him, the element of surprise is a valuable asset.

If I have my property posted and you decide to “invade” my property then you are assuming the responsibility for any injury or maiming that may occur. If you decide to play stupid games don’t be surprised if you win stupid prizes.

That's fine and dandy but then you have to deal with being sued. If you can afford it and have the time to deal with it then great.

I'd say most people would try to avoid those circumstances but we always have the big talkers online.

You can’t talk reason to a crazy person or threaten them or intimidate them. You’re expecting them to process and react to what you’re saying as if they can understand and weigh the consequences. Mental illness is an illness, you can’t just talk it away.

Today's Tip for the Keyboard Commando's:

Never bury someone on your own property.

Yup. Take Fredo fishing and have him look for all the guns MDSers have lost over the years.

Sorry man, it is almost inconceivable to me that 12 acres does not buy you immunity from this kind of shit. Be careful for both your (you and gf) physical and legal safety.

Oh snap, is it legal to shoot at your place? Hosting a shoot with ~ 20 MDSers might set your neighbor's mind a little straighter. Would be a barn raising of sorts.

Yeah do it on theirs. Make sure to leave a note after you fill in the dirt so it looks like a suicide. Duh
