Lies! here is piston reliability and my Adcor weighs 6.9. All AR part are interchangeable with an PISTON AR. I can easily turn it into DI gun and I can easily turn my DI gun into PISTON Gun. Platform specific is not what the intent of this thread was.

I guess the cash was lacking.
A local company was selling so many superior piston ARs that they had to commit insurance fraud. I guess the bottling business couldn't support it either.
Lies! It will function without a piston. Pull the charger, load a round, bang! The same with an AR that misses the gas tube!

Are you referring to your 10.5 inch Adcor? If that's the case you've got a heavy, short barreled turd on your hands.
Plenty of videos on the youtube proving gas is more reliable than piston.

Lies! I Love my Adcor... it shoots and shoots and shoots, just like my DI it just shoots and shoots and shoots. Never a jam, double feed or FTF, in either I just spend more time cleaning my DI....
