So I’m thinking of buying a Fannie Mae Homepath property and was looking for a GC in Carroll county who would be willing to do a walkthrough/visual inspection and provide a guesstimate on how much repairs would cost. If you have experience on rehab Loan work there’s potential for a full job if I got it.
I’d be willing to Pay you 50 dollars for
30-45 minutes of your time or would compensate you with beer or some ammo if you’d like that instead.
No date set yet for it but trying to set it up in the next few days and would most likely be in the evening as we all work during the day. PM if this is something you might be interested in.
