There's a huge place like that you can see from Corridor H in the area of Old Fields, Hardy County. Panthera Training Facility

HMMM I'll have to look for that next time. Just west of Moorefield, mm100 or so, looks to be a mx track on the south side that i always see.

I'm pretty sure that's part of the Panthera Training Facility, right where you can stop and cross traffic to the scenic overlook. Their website advertises 750 acres. You can see various shooting ranges on satellite views, including this nearly 360 degree berm.
That's a big place. Looks like official use only though?
