Then again, self-driving vehicles and robotics won't be well versed or equipped in the art of self-defense. Maybe they'll push for 2A rights for robots. lol.
Third wave (Information Age) solutions are good and cost effective.

Most of them are prone to kinetic vulnerability. For instance, robotic vehicles cannot negotiate something as rudimentary as caltrops.

Yeah, run flats might be an alternative but you get the picture.

I thinks the libtards and progressives are currently (and prematurely) overplaying their hand. They are not prepared for what's possibly next. I think they have decided that Trump's ascension is their best window to begin their PROGRAM.

In this regard, I see lots of ugly. I also think they cannot prevail in the long run. Working for a living has its rewards. So too does having deeply rooted values. Neither values nor ethic absolutely or quickly or cleanly trump evil.

We have much ahead of us. I don't see an easy button.

For my own part, I've reached a point where space and time are technically on my side. I'm over sixty and living comfortably in Appalachia.

PS. Thank you. "Analysis" is kind if not wrong. Informed conjecture might even be too generous... I do think a lot about this. I do read and engage others every chance I get. In that regard, it's damned nice to be retired...

For us? We can go to the farm and live small.

I know they/yours were imbued with good character lessons. I think character just might be the most important characteristic when the chips get really down...

The spark, if it comes, will come from the left which has spent the last 14 months chipping away at the foundations of our republic. They spent the eight years before that weaponizing the instruments of government to ensure their version of a thousand year reich. In effect, the revolution has already taken place. The election of Donald Trump severely damaged their plans. The country's dramatic progress over the past year has driven them to the verge of insanity. Who in their right mind would place the interests of illegal aliens ahead of the safety and security of citizens? I believe the sedition of the left will be exposed in the next few weeks or months. We are in very dangerous times.

My thoughts exactly ... and the hot revolution will be blamed on Trump.

The boiled frogs who survived the cold revolution of the Obama years won't know what hit them when their former benefactors, who stole their freedom a few degrees at a time, turn them into walking dead. Only those who jumped from the pot early on to regain their freedom will have the wherewithal to fight back.

... if you get my mixed metaphor analogy.

I personally think the fuse has been lit. It was lit on January 20th 2017. The ultra left realized that their plan has gone astray due to the unforeseen election of Donald Trump. They are using the MSM to set their agenda and to normalize their anti-establishment rhetoric. Have you ever seen such vehement display of political partitionship before in the history of this country? Lincoln got more support from the other side than President Trump. Why? Because the ultra left will do anything to get their socialistic dreams realized.

The fuse has been lit, it's just a matter of time before WE go BOOM.

These last three posts are dynamite. Spot on. I'm humbled by your thought processes.

Homerun.

Robot vehicles could possibly be stopped by something as simple as toilet paper strung across a road because they would sense an object that they could not go over, under or around. Of course the programming would be changed for them to bust through. Then a steel cable behind the toilet paper would be interesting. Lots of ways to mess with robots if you know how they think. Remember the Road Runner Cartoons and the painted tunnel on the cliff face?

Indeed I do sir.

Wile E Coyote and Acme Tool garnered more than a belly laugh or two from moi in the day.
