I recently picked up a VZ52 in original 7.62x45. The rifling is in good enough shape that I'm not going to rebarrel it (plus I already have a very nice VZ52/57 in x39.) I've ordered some corrosive surplus ammo for it in the meantime but I'll eventually need to reload. I have all the tooling to make x45 brass out of something like 220 swift except the dies. Looks like I have two options:
    1) $150 RCBS dies
    2) $50 Lee dies (+$150 tooling charge to make them custom)

I'm tempted to get a couple of the Lees made and sell the extras to recoup the tooling fee. Any interest?

I very well could be. I, like you, picked one up and have a limited supply of surplus. I was turned off by the cost of the dies and just put it back in the closet for some future experiments.

To delay the inevitable I just bought a case of surplus x45. May hold me over for a LONG time. The gun comes out of the stock so easily it won't be hard to clean when using corrosive surplus.
