I can't seem to find the article now but somewhere (maybe in my head??) i swear i saw something that said when reloading NATO brass to reduce the load by 10%. What i mean is, if the "max load" listed is 26 grains you take off 10% and consider 23.4 your max load.
obviously you still have to check for pressure signs and other things anyway but i wanted to get a good idea of a 10 batch OCW test and dont want a seriously under powered round nor an over powered (read: unsafe) round.
