    I had the Tristar Viper Sporting for about 5 years. It was a great gun and, in my opinion, had a better gas system than the Beretta. The gas system is similar to a 1100 and the action is similar to a Beretta but there are differences. It used Beretta Mobile chokes which are easy to come by. I shot everything from 7/8 oz loads to 11/4 hunting loads and had no problems with it.

    I have one. I shoot clays with it. I love it. Great shotgun. Been 100% for me so far. Pretty easy to take down and clean. If you plan on exclusively shooting heavier loads, TriStar told me they had a dedicated piston for that. Mine has shot everything from standard buckshot, to budget Walmart Federal bulk packs. Handles well. I got the silver receiver one, and the wood stock is very nice.

    They also have a 5 year warranty which is pretty good for Turkish shotguns, as most of the budget ones have a 1 or 2 year warranty.

    Yes, I did see that and that is one of the main reasons Im interested in it as long as they abide by and cover it.
