A good friend of mine is in the process of buying the Aberdeen diner and will take ownership Jan 1st. His name is John and he's a great guy so please try to stop by sometime and support his efforts. Current hours are 0500 - 1600 but later in the year he will extend hours.

    Thanks

This area needs a place for classic diner food for breakfast. Does he plan on keeping it a diner?

I really miss the old Bridge Diner, good food, lots of it for a fair price.

Hopefully his food will be up to the Bridge Diner's great standards and yes I will visit his diner and no won't even ask for a MDS discount.

He sure does and plans on improving it dramatically. The current owner has money and bought the Musical Inn and just wants to focus on that hence the reason he's selling it.
My friend John will put is heart and soul into it.

Is this the same place that used to be called Eagle
    Diner on Rt.40?

    Maybe, I don't really know.

Hey Tom, not familiar with the place. Got an address?

Right on rt40. It doesn't have a good sign and I've never seen it either. It has a good following though from what I'm told. He plans on putting up a good sign to draw more business of course.

It was The Cloverleaf Diner for more years than I can remember. Used to eat there with my father and grandfather every Saturday morning.

He is officially taking ownership on Jan 2nd. My wife and I will be there for breakfast. Please stop by and support them as soon as you can. John is a great guy and a 2A supporter as well.
It would be cool to have a meet n greet there Jan 2nd for breakfast, who's in???

I wish him luck in his endeavor. Great location. Hope he redoes the bathroom! When it was the Cloverleaf the post bar crowd would ruin that thing! If I get my a** up earlier I'll hit it for breakfast.
    Thanks

Good food, good service, very nice lunch. Turkey Rueben was esp good.

Talked to owner, seems like a nice guy. I will return and try other things and would recommend trying it out yourself.
