Does anyone locally do this? I need to increase the leade on my AR and my CZ SP-01. These are for competition guns.

Not sure what your asking, educate me.

The area where the rifling gradually starts. He wants it increased, either to reduce pressure or chamber longer bullets.

I have a 5.56 Throat reamer, no 9mm reamer though.

Unless you have someone local, a Gunsmith is going to charge:

-Disassemble and Reassemble AR Upper ($20.00-$75.00 depending on the Smith and the Rail System)
    -Return Shipping & Insurance ($20-$40)
    -Reaming ($35-$50 per Barrel)

At a minimum, you are looking at $90.00 locally and if not local its at least $110.00 for both guns unless you want to buy a reamer and do it yourself.

If you're feeling handy, buy the reamer, do the job, then sell the reamer as "lightly used".
