I applied 7/6/15 everything complete except NICS and JIS 7/10/15 still waiting.

Applied on 7/2/15. Everything has shown "complete" except NICS, JIS, and CJIS, which have shown "incomplete" since 7/8. Nothing has moved since.
This is bullsh!t!
I'm a veteran, I already own 3 handguns, and I'm a designated collector. How many fu(k!ng background checks do I have to go through before I'm allowed to exercise my G0d d@mn rights???

Bureaucracy at it's finest.
Right before I submitted my post above I checked my status online and, of course nothing had changed. So I sent them an email basically saying WTF. Then I came here and submitted that post, went to take a leak, and when I got back to my desk I checked my status again. Approved!

Who did you send the email to? I'll give that a try if it worked for you!
I heard something that background checks are back logged because systems are or were down? Don't know how true that is.
I just called the licensing dept. Approval is required within 30 days. The card will be mailed after that and takes about 2 weeks currently. So worst cast just assume you'll have it by 6 weeks post application date.
Didn't know about the 30 day rule.

Same thing im currently waiting on and been waiting on since 7/21. Any tips as to what my email should entail?

I turned mine in on 7/2 (like you)
No activity since 7/9 (like you)
Currently missing NICS, Training, and JIS (almost like you)
I e-mailed them 2 days ago (like you) and got the "we have 30 days" reply...still waiting (unlike you)
We are pretty much the SAME...weird
