First thanks again to Brian (slayr15) for taking me through the basics
    of "slinging lead".
I recently bought a Pardner Pump Protector with an 18.5
barrel and I loved shooting it---especially the 00 buckshot.
The one thing I'm not crazy about though is when you load
a shell from the bottom it feels like you could cut your thumb,
I think they could've done a better job deburring the parts.
I used to be a machinist, so when I am more comfortable with the
dissassembly of the firearm I may be able to do this myself.
I can't wait to take my daughter (16) and watch her fire it,
I think she will be able to handle the recoil with the additional
    recoil pad I bought.
Delmarva is a 2 hour drive for me, but it was worth it!
    Can't wait to go back.
Anyone that tries to get into my place during the day expecting
to find a defenseless teenage girl is going to be in for a surprise.
