Oaks Gun Show Extravaganza 2,000 Tables 3/28-3/30/2014

Has anyone ever been to this? 2000 tables sounds like a lot since I just went to the Gettysburg show that was listed as 500 tables. Are there any bigger than this that can still be a day trip?

Ive never been there, is that sarcasm or reality? Been itching to go to a new show lately. Philly is a hike but not terribly bad.

How does it compare to say York.

Gettysburg has grown if it hit 500 tables!

I didn't count em but thats what the website said and I felt rushed with 2.5 hrs in there, but I like to take my time.

Sounds like a big show... But the date is inaccurate to the website. Double check the info before going.

If you'll settle for "just" 1,000 tables and can't wait, they're having a "warm-up" show at the same Phila Expo location on 2/7-2/9.

Went last August to the show (1000 tables). Was thoroughly impressed. Spent the entire day going through it.

No sarcasm. I went to the 1,000 table shows and i didn't see half of the tables after walking around for 6 hours. THere was more ammo in one place then i'd ever seen before (prices were decent too). I scored a bunch of pmags for 9 bucks a piece. Trust me you won't be dissapointed in this show. Imagine two airplane hangars full of gun stuff......That was for the 1000 table show.

It's a very good show. You will see things that will make you laugh. Lots of people working the tables decked out in tacticool gear, big sanitation pipe converted to a bunker for sale, tacticool "unbreechable" door for sale. Every 5 minutes you will hear a tazer demonstration

Ahh the tazer demonstration guy......That was definatly good for a laugh. He was set up next to the anti obama shirt selling guy.

I emailed the promoter this morning and they did confirm the date is correct.

I went to the last one on a friday at 3:00 when they opened the doors. I had to part at least a half mile away.

Anyone have any luck buying C&C rifles at these out of state shows?
Most oos FFLs seem to not want to sell them over the counter as they are just as - maybe more - confused about our new laws.
