    My daughter is in the Queen Anne's County marching band and Symphonic band and they had their Disney trip this past week. It was a lot of fun, the weather was nice. The Symphonic band played first at Disney Springs and the Marching band played at Epcot. We flew down but the bands went down in 3 buses on a 16 hour trip straight threw. There were 150 students plus chaperones.

    It's a good time for the kids. A little reward for a great job that is not always considered cool by their classmates. My sons went to Disney as part of the Calvert Hall Band. It's much more convenient flying down instead of the bus trip for the students. But they seemed to enjoy the bus trip.

    Some parents volunteered (got stuck) to drive the equipment down in U Hail trucks. That had to suck. All in all, my boys loved the trips.
