    Just saw this on J&S pawns Facebook page for free HQL training or if you're lucky enough to live in the free area acrossed the river carry permit training.
    Doesn't say anything about calling to reserve a spot but it might not be a bad idea. 304-738-3759

    Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association offers HQL classes every month at the Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore. Schedule of class times is available at the website www.msrpa.org. The cost is $30 per person, pre-registration is required and sessions limited to ten (10) people.
