Yea. I'd have to go back and check but I think he said something about going into fred's for the range. We know that fred's doesn't play by the same rule book as other gun shops. Remember the ammo log they were running?
The lower was transferred thru another IP, and I purchased the barrel for it from EA.

At the end of the day it all depends on what your FFL will allow. Some are pretty flaky on the legalese. Ask them how they run the PPW before ordering through them. Keeps the "confusion" down.
