No per Federal law these must go through an FFL.

Cash and carry means one only needs to do a 4473 to recieve and not a 77R.

Okay. So that would be the difference between a handgun and a long gun, or c&r ? Assuming you don't get a delay, which I have for the last 3 rifles I bought, you could walk out same day without the 7 day wait ?

Correct. Per MD law handguns are regulated and require a 77E and a 7 day waiting period. The chucklefvcks at MSP LD have also erroneously requested waiting periods on certain other firearms.

But yes barring a delay/further review/or denial in the Fed NICS system you can walk out the same day with a long gun (rifle/shotgun)

Insane really. You can't even really build one cheaper.

Be aware Del Ton ships with AR-15 cut BCGs. Not the M16 full auto BCG.

Not really an issue, just for awareness. Mine has been ultimately reliable.

I've known 2 people with Del-Ton ARs. Not so much a functional issue, but their bolt cam pins were a bugger to get out because of hitting the bottom of the gas key. Had to wrangle them out of there like trying to do one of those horseshoe twisty puzzles where you try to separate them.

I told them to contact Del-Ton. One did and he said they had voicemail for their customer service or something. So maybe a Caveat Emptor with their customer service.

Anyone have any long-term experience with Del-Ton (2,500+ rounds)? I've heard mixed reviews about extractors.
