I'm posting this as a last resort. I created this account solely to try to get help with this issue, which ironically caused me to do the very thing I'm being accused of.
On 4/4 when I visited the site I was greeted by:
My username is/was Clump. I've been a member here for nearly 10 years. I have never (until now) had multiple accounts. I clicked the "Contact Us" link and sent a request for assistance that morning. The next day I did the same. No response was ever received.
On 4/7 I created this account and PMed an Admin. No response. On 4/10 I forwarded that PM to a Moderator. No response.
I'm baffled as to how I ended up banned and embarrassed to see banned under my user name on my posts. I'm also quite unhappy that my inquiries were ignored and that I was forced into the very violation I'm accused of in order to contact an Admin.
I'm respectfully requesting a response. I'm perfectly willing to start over, if that's what's necessary, but don't want the same issue to happen again.
