I'm not overly worried about it, though I do disagree with it on principal (talking about md) BUT:
I mean Maryland really can't know what you have anyway as far as unregulated weapons cause you could have sold them all in private sales, right? What about regulated? Couldn't you have moved outside of the state and then sold it?

I mean am i missing something or is this correct? Technically, neither the state nor federal government knows how many guns an individual has, right?
