What needs to happen here is a gun shop must stay open and selling despite the governor and/or mayors orders. Then if and when a citation is written, the issue is immediately judge shopped and an injunction filed and they can stay open. This MUST be taken to the courts. THEY CAN NOT DO THIS UNDER THE 2A!
