Who will transfer all HBARs as non regulated

Anybody know which dealers will transfer HBars, regardless of make, in Md?

I believe The Gun Shop (Essex) 410-686-7333 and FreeState Gun Range 410-335-5100 will, but call them first to make sure.

All of them should since HBAR's (and their copies) are specifically exempted on the list.

HBAR'S are not regulated. But don't waste your money, they all seem to get lost in boating accidents.

I was at The Gun Shop a month ago and he said he transfers HBAR ARs as regulated so as not to get burned.

Here is the issue, there are some posts from Engage saying the S&W M&P Sport is cash and carry, but in at least one thread Gun Connection sold the same rifle as regulated. This issue is as clear as mud and you can't always blame a FFL for covering their a$$.

Barrel stamping work for you? Just wondering, though it doesn't do me any good as it's an Armalite barrel, so no HBAR stampings.

A2 sales in jessup sold me my HBAR ar unregulated. No HBAR stamp anywhere on it, might want to call and ask.

I think a better question is what rifle are you thinking about getting? Our IPs can get most anything, at least that's my experience with Engage Armament.
