The room is 12x10.

The estimate called for 6 Three-Tab Shingles GAF 3-Tab 25-Yr

I do have the actual estimate. Since I don't know if the contractor truly was the victim of a state and postal duck up, or if he is being less than forthright, seeing as how he is a firefighter and someone I've worked with, I don't want to put the company name out but I'll email the estimate to anyone who is considering taking the job.

Just trying to help you vet the estimate. Not interested in names.

The gutter/downspouts need to be removed to install the new roof, so Iíd recommend putting new ones back up.

I hevenít seen 1/2Ē plywood for $10/sheet in a long time. Iím guessing that he was actually going to use OSB sheathing. Other than that it looks to be a solid and fair estimate.

Actually states 7/16 plywood. Probably a little light unless OSB.

The top gutter trains down onto the addition roof, so the gutter on the addition is a custom oversized one.

Anyone want to do it?

15/32, but I just call it 1/2Ē. Still not gonna be 10 bucks a sheet.
