Chime in and I'll update. The purpose is mostly to list Maryland friendly dealers so you don't have to waste your time. If a particular dealer/vendor is worth mentioning for good service, I'll put them on the list. If a dealer is particularly bad for CS, I'll put them on the bad list but will need more than one person saying so. Also, feel free to inform the ignorant dealers why you're not buying anything from them.
