LOL! That guy looks like he lost a prop bet at the poker table. (Yeah, I read the article and that guy really has lost his mind.)
The loser of these bets usually has to dress up in some stupid costume for a day and post his picture on social media stating his/her new status.
This also gave me a chance to post a pic of Kara Scott when she lost a prop bet about 15 years ago and had to wear a bunny costume. (Funny thing was the guys were talking about Playboy bunnies at the table. She met the terms of the prop bet though.)
