Lots of good options. I like the Glock 43 with night sights added. Conceals well.

It might be helpful to set some other qualifiers like size, capacity, etc.

g19/23/32 really the perfect CCW gun. plenty capacity, don't need a grip extension, TONS of holsters, sights, accessories. proven reliability.

Hmmmm, lot of Glocks. To give you what kind of size I am looking at:
Ruger LC9s, Beretta Nano, Springfield XDS-s, M&P Shield...

Please put these in order of your priorities:
Concealability - size/weight
Capacity - # bullets
Simplicity - train much?
Flexibility - Will this be a dedicated ccw gun, or double duty as home defense, or sports shooting?
Cost - gun and ammo
How often and how many hours per day will you carry?
Where carrying, hot/cold weather, close body, off body, any special requirements?

I'm currently on a FNS 9C which is about the perfect size for me. Full size grip and decent enough sight radius. 12 rounds of HST or Gold Dots.
I have not fallen in love with the G43/Shield sized guns.
G19/23 is a solid option as well. They are not to big to be carried daily.
When I move on from the FNS I'll be carrying a G23 or CZ P10c. Don't fall for the pocket gun is a must. It simply isn't. Get a good belt and a good holster and enjoy a full size grip.

Concealability - smallest as possible.
Capacity - at least 7?
Simplicity? Is there a complicated handgun?
Flexibility - strictly ccw and some "warm-up" practice at range from time to time.
Cost - no restriction but no 380; minimum is 9 mm.
