I got my permit albeit with restrictions, appealed to hprb to have them removed and I just received my permit without restrictions.
Long story short, small home based cash business owner always at work.

I'm not one of those boners...just an average person researching others' experiences and strategies for how they applied for their MD CCW for when I hit the submit button on my application, which is pathetic that this is what it comes to in this political embarrassment of a state at the state level.

Supposedly it means that any restrictions are only applicable to Maryland. This according to a certain Sgt. no longer in the unit.

Could be :
They are trying to do a service for the Permit Holders, so they don't go someplace like DC, and have a rude awakening. You know , like when Pa residents accidentally stray in NJ.
They could be emphasise that Maryland has zero reciprosity agreements, so they are not in a position to stake their reputation that any specific other jurisdiction would honor it.
Or they could simply be stupid. Occam's and all that.
