The Regent has a 13 round magazine. I don't know if there is a Maryland legal magazine for it.
If the gun is on the roster you can get it without mags and buy the mags out of State.

Might be able to block the mags, but no i dont see the 9mm Regent on the roster just the 45.

My experience with Tisas is limited to their 1911s which I got from Zenith when they were importing them. The basic firearms were solid and well worth the entry level price. The fit and finish were a cut above. A little polishing of the internals turned them into excellent shooters. For what it's worth, some youtubers had bad experiences with them.
