yippee kiiii ayyyy!!! guess what, law-abiding citizens ain't committing all the crime out there, so let's give them (US!!!) all the freedoms we deserve.
The GOP has very narrow majorities in both houses, so that ain't happening. The only possible way I see it is if some kind of deal was made but I can't imagine what the Dems would take in return for this to pass.

Yeah most likely Northam will veto this bill, unless they combine the bill and do a give and take deal. The Dems already got Medicaid expansion passed in VA.
Republicans are going to lose control of both chambers this fall

I wouldn't be surprised. democrats wins in Virginia have been some of the biggest gains across the country the last few elections.
