I didn't remember reading the exemptions for MS13 and aliens. I guess it's just assumed...

Under HoCo Code, it looks like Nerf and water pistols qualify as firearms...

In MoCo they are. Basically, anything that propels another anything through a barrel by any means is a firearm. A spitwad through a McD's straw is a firearm by their definition.
