This is another MassDrop knife, but this one is an Emerson/Kershaw collaboration (made in china). Has the wave feature and thumb paddle, spear point, easy to sharpen (helps keep the cost down), simple screws (flathead&phillips, easy to take apart) and it's on the smaller size, 2.75".

Deal looks good for only a few more days.

I carried an Emerson CQC mini with the wave feature and tanto blade everyday for 5+ years. I loved the convenience, size and ease of opening......never liked the tanto blade.

As soon as i saw the Kershaw CQC-5K 60740blk, I had to have one! I bought 2 when they were $29 each. Its not an Emerson but its a great value......my emerson has been in the drawer for the last year. Great edc knife.

I recently lost my EDC assisted opening folder. The timing of this couldn't be better. I may pick up two at this price. I like the concept of the Emerson wave.

I might pick up a couple as "non-permissive environment" knives. Basically a high quality design, that's cheap enough for me not to care if I lose it to security.

I own this and may pick up a couple more. Nice small size, doesn't take up a lot of room in the pocket. Opens right out of the pocket. The grip feels really good in the ice pick edge out grip if you are so inclined.

I ordered one as an upgrade to my current $4 Walmart folding blade (ceramic I think?).

Can one handed deployment only be accomplished using the hook thingie? I like the speed safe feature on my Kershaws.
