Calls for dismantling Washington’s model state preemption and “shall issue” concealed carry laws in the wake of the Café Racer slayings will likely not gain much traction with the legislature, and the reason was best explained by a federal judge’s ruling that struck down a discretionary issue law on the far side of the country.

    Very nice.......

Maryland ruling explains why Wash. ‘shall issue’ law will stand
    :innocent0

Hopefully Judge Legg's decision will propagate like wild fire

    How late will they post?

I believe Counsel can upload electronically anytime before midnight on any given due date. That was the case during the Merits phase. That's what PACER is for, that and for us junkies.

Something from the Court will likely be filed by the Court's Clerks, most likely before they leave for the day, most likely 5-6pm.

I'd say the pool is officially closed for the day.

Someone who actually knows will be along shortly if I'm too far off.

Yup: Pool closed, the life guard (the clerk) has gone home. We can start/resume obsessing over this at 9:00am tomorrow.
