What are some of your guns you can only look at pictures of and sigh at as long as you live in maryland? Mine personally is the M1A. I know i vould get one in 6.5, but if its not wood stock with a parkerized finish in 308 its not the same imo!

The more we show our fondness for these rifles, the more the Grabbers will make certain it stays on the list.

AK47 and 29.5" OAL for anything, including bullpups. I have an AK74 and a Vz58 but I really want a 47. Good thing we are going to be moving in the next 6-12 months.

I came within a c-unit of buying a Century AK47 from Lou, back around '07 or '08, when he was having a sale. They had recently gotten a bad rep for magazine wobbles, so he might have been having trouble selling them, but these were made (he said) after they had fixed the issue. I passed on it - it was the worst $360 non-purchase I never made.

I still plan to buy an AK, eventually, but it'll just have to wait until we retire and move out of MD. And it'll likely cost more than $360.
