A10 pilots needed

The C-130 that was at the National Cryptologic Museum at Fort Meade. See post #50. It was flown into Tipton Airfield and towed out to the museum. The planes are currently in storage as the vehicle control point is being rebuilt. There is a new museum in the works and the planes will return when that is done.

Back in the late '80s as I recall. The Washington Post had a few pages on it including pictures. Sorry I can't be more specific after all it was over 25 years ago. :rolleyes:
