The question matters not, as you have demonstrated in spite of your call for facts over feelings, that only certain facts matter to you.

Stop moving the goal posts and admit that you're on less than stable ground from the jump. Or don't. Either way, my point stands clear.

Funny... you present no facts... refuse to answer the question... yet accuse me of moving goal posts. I’ve changed nothing of my original point... and the question remains the same... Prove to us that there is a viable third party candidate in this race who has any chance at winning it. (There is none... and you know it.)

There is a number representing the number of Candidates on the Ballot , that could be voted for .

There is a number representing the number of Candidates likely to win .

Two different things . Two different numbers .

I vote not out of fear of the other guy, but for the candidate that best reflects my values and belief in what America stands for.

On that basis, I was able to rule out Ben Jealous immediately. It took more analysis and a 4 year record, but unfortunately I’ve also had to elimimate Larry Hogan as well. He is a politician that has very little respect for the freedoms and liberties that embody what America is.

He also has very little reluctance to interject the power and control of the administrative state upon Maryland citizens. Simply stated, he is a big government progressive of the worst kind—one who fraudulently portrays himself as a small government, liberty-minded conservative to garner votes, while governing as a big government statist.

I can’t in good conscience vote for someone such as this, no matter the letter behind their name.

Will I, or will I not, need the services of a D.D.S., come November 7th?

I can support Hogan as long as he has a "B" rating from the NRA. Oh, wait: http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/politics/bs-md-hogan-nra-20180922-story.html

I understand what you are saying and agree on a certain level. but, Jealous has an "F" rating, Sean Quinn isn't even listed. So, once again, in Maryland I am forced to vote for the lesser of 2 evils.
Look at the entire NRA endorsement sheet. Look at all those "F"s next to Republican candidates. We lived in a screwed up state.

Unfortunately, unicorn candidates don't exist so you can sit behind your keyboard and type poetic responses on MDS that day.

I'll bet you're on other forums doing the same thing on various topics that demonstrate impossible scenarios.

But, he's still a Democrat and Hogan is still a Republican. Most MD Democrats are going to vote Democrat no matter what and the partisan hatred for President Trump will boost that this time around. Trump wasn't considered a threat back when Gov Hogan was elected because the Dems figured that the Presidency was in the bag with Clinton. Now it's different.

The ratio of Democrats to Republicans is over 2 to 1 in Maryland. If Hogan wins it will be very close.

It will not be close, Hogan will crush him

I really wish we could all afford to be that optimistic. But until the morning of the 7th... we won’t know that for certain.

How many “electronic” votes does jealous already have “stored in the system”?

So... there's more than two choices for governor, therefore your bumping post from a couple days ago remains ironic.

One can't call for facts then start their argument based on flawed assumptions based on feelings, not facts. Well, it's possible, but one looks silly doing it.

The question was pretty clear. Is there a viable third candidate for governor other than Jealous and Hogan that is a stanch 2A Supporter? "Viable" being the operative word. There is not.

The proof is what I asked for... keep ignoring that. That is ironic.

    Menu:
    Steak
    Chicken
    Fish - unavailable
    Pork - unavailable

Keep asking for Fish or Pork after you know that you can’t get either. After all... they ARE on the menu. See how that works?

Fact: of ALL candidates running for the position of Maryland Governor... the results will be that one of the two... Hogan or Jealous... are going to win. Exactly none of the others is even going to be anything more than an “also ran”.

And... any votes not cast for one of those two... is a vote which will be futile. As it won’t elect anyone...

Do you really want a Socialist Governor in this already screwed up State?
