Acquired my third Galil this one in 5,56 to go along with my original IWI 5,56 Galil and ACE in 308.
I purchased a Gemtech brake which can accommodate a suppressor.

google is your friend, I am not.
Correct, but nothing's stopping him from using them out of state.

The Galil ACE is a pretty rifle, and I'll be buying one someday.

    That's true.

It's not just a pretty face tho. Stick a scope on it, you wont be disappointed - at least, the 7.62x39 version. I am waiting to see if the 5.56 version is as accurate. My educated guess is, its a 1-1.5 MOA rifle. Not too shabby for a AK pattern rifle.

Real pretty rifle. I'm a Happy Tavor owner (Duffy's also), planning on going for Galil Ace .308 next. You just changed my mind to speed up my search a little.

After firing of the last round the bolt carrier will remain in the rear position.
I believe this is the first time an AK design has this feature.
Load a fresh mag and press the bolt release and your good to go.

    Danb,
I placed a Nikon 223 scope and mount.
The mount is really a tight fit and I had to remove the receiver cover in order to attach. I love the scope.
