I have tried Brownells. Any other place that you can get decent pricing?

You can save on shipping and tax if you pickup your order at the Chantilly Gun Show when they set up their tables there.

Use the apps, AmmoSeek and Gunbot. Plug in what you are looking for (brand, weight, brass/steel casing, price/rnd).

If you don't do smartphones, they have websites as well.

Cabelas on line. But only when what I want is on sale and there is a shipping deal. You usually have to spend at least $100 to get shipping either $5 or sometimes free. And no taxes.

Check out The Armory in VA Beach. Great prices on bulk ammo and super fast shipping.

I stop in The Armory every time we visit with Patty's mother (she lives in Chesapeake).

Great deals on ammo, especially if you join their e-mail list. They honor the e-mail price in the store! Good pricing on magazines too!

I buy from Lucky Gunner. Fast shipping, good prices, and tons of selection. http://www.luckygunner.com/

I have used Lucky Gunner exclusively for my on-line supplier of ammo since the 2013 madness, when I got into this hobby. They send out e-mails a couple of times a week announcing "specials" in all the popular calibers.
Their web-site has a true real time inventory of quantity in stock. So if it shows "x' boxes available that is what they actually have. Back when supplies were tight you could place an order and then re-check the quantity and see it decremented by the amount you just ordered. Never any "out of stock" delays.
