So my wife and I are walking through Artscape in Baltimore this evening. We’ve been here before but this time I noticed that the city had setup blockades using snow plows at every street leading into the venue area.

Good protection against some would be truck driving terrorist.

    Very large police presence too.

Some public servant had their thinking cap on.

The last thing the powers that be want is someone demolishing one of the main attractions the city puts on every year.

    Murder victims be damned.

Only about 15 years late. The hillbilly town near the Undisclosed Location has been doing gravel filled dumptrucks forever.

Until someone hotwires a snowplow and turns it around...

I doubt they're all latest technology with chipped keys matched to the pcm.

It was probably the idea of a city official's brother in law -- whose sister's, husband's cousin owns a fleet of snow plows that contract with the city.
