I'm interested. Would you say 90% of the material would apply to AR10 owners?

In principle yes, the design are similar so you could learn something but realistically its not for the AR10. This isnt just an educational class. Its a hand on class where each student will have their 5.56 AR fully gauged. Im not setup for anything for alternate calibers.

Same goes for Gas Piston AR's, .300 Blackout, 6.5, 6.8 and so forth. This class is geared towards the 5.56 D.I. AR15/M16.

Yes, with enough notice, I could do it. I feel like I have to buy some tools ahead of time as well. I have a Wheeler armorers set, but some of those pin and punch tools are not in there.

Thanks!

Is this one night or several?

How much disassembly/reassembly will happen (beyond basic field stripping)?

Its one class, one night.

The students will field strip their AR and remove the fire control group at a minimum.

We will cover the gun from front to back and as we progress each student will have their AR gauged.

I will be doing a demonstration on cleaning and lubrication as well. Students will not be cleaning their AR.
