So prisoners that don't obey the prison rules, get themselves placed in stricter confinement. So now place folks in the SHOE is a problem. Russian's would be overjoyed it they came to the American Correctional facility.

I didn't think Open Chihuahua Carry was legal. And that Chihuahua stroller looks like it has a higher capacity than needed. Nobody needs more than a than a ten-pound dog.

How on earth do you stop a Chihuahua from barking? I know of only two approaches, one involves an Asian chef, the other electrical current. Not mutually exclusive, actually. So maybe there is only one way.
