I wouldn't count on getting a quick response from Springfield Sporters. I don't know the specifics of their health issues, but I've dealt with Russell by voice several times in the past on restoration projects. The DP Enfield stock sets he had several years ago worked great for my 1912 No 1 Mk III restoration. At the time, he also had all the missing metal Bubba had removed.

SS may or may not come back. If they don't =>

In the meantime you might want to explore other options. Posting some pics of your project would help...

Here's a source for new forestock top's. If Bubba chopped off your bottom forestock, you'll need to replace that too. Maybe this supplier has new ones?

Dayum, didn't know they made such a thing. Plastic on an Enfield just aint right. I need a bunch of stuff for mine as well but it's been on the back burner for a while.
